Polyurethane sheet in two hardness grades, 80 and 90 Shore A, cast on a polyether system. Excellent hydrolysis resistance — it holds its properties in water, humid air and wet process lines, where polyester-based polyurethane breaks down. Suitable for custom-cut gaskets, wear pads, diaphragms, liners and punching stock for industrial seal manufacture. Manufactured by Safwa Polymer, Badr City, Egypt.
Hardness, density, tensile, elongation, tear, abrasion and rebound are all measured in our own laboratory in Badr City.
